The TH6700 series is a single output, wide-range programmable switching DC power supply available in 360W, 720W and 1080W outputs. Users can realize master-slave series connection of 2 units or master-slave parallel connection of 3 units of TH6700 power supply to meet higher output voltage and output current requirements.
The TH6700 series has an adjustable slope function, which allows the user to set the rise and fall time of the output voltage and current to avoid damaging the device by the surge current during the switching moment.
The constant voltage/constant current prioritization mode of TH6700 series can well protect the measured parts. Conventional power supplies are usually in CV mode when the output is turned on, which will instantly bring large inrush current to capacitive loads. TH6700 series can be prioritized to run in CC mode when the output is turned on, avoiding the sudden spike current and protecting the device.
The programmable internal resistance function of the TH6700 series can be applied to simulate the output of a battery. For example, the TH6700 can set the resistor value that simulates the internal resistance of the battery so that the output voltage drops.
The TH6700 series provides OVP, OCP and OTP protection. Once the output voltage or current exceeds the pre-set value, the output will shut down immediately; once the temperature inside the machine exceeds a certain temperature, the output will also shut down immediately.
The rear panel of TH6700 series can be connected to two-end measurement or four-end measurement. When connected as a four-terminal measurement, it has a remote compensation function, which can compensate for the voltage drop from the power supply to the device to be measured.
Functional Features
A. Adjustable slope function
Control the output by setting the voltage or current rise/fall time to obtain the voltage/current conversion rate
For example, if you set the output voltage to 20V and the voltage conversion rate to 5V/s, the rise time is 4s;
A voltage conversion rate of 10V/s results in a rise time of 2s;
A voltage conversion rate of 20V/s results in a rise time of 1s;
A voltage conversion rate of 40V/s results in a rise time of 0.5s.

B. Programmable Internal Resistors - Emulates Battery Outputs
Batteries generally have internal resistors, and when powered by batteries, the output voltage drops due to voltage dividing by the battery's internal resistors.
Calculation formula:

Use the TH6700 to set the analog internal resistance value so that the output voltage falls, simulating the true output of the battery.
C. Data Retention - Recording of DUT operational data
Used to record data such as current, voltage, time, etc., start recording at a rate of 1 time/s after turning on the recording, maximum 5000 times.
Connect the sense terminal to record the actual voltage and current values at both ends of the measured part;
Without connecting the sense terminal the voltage and current values of the TH6700 output are recorded.
When finished, the instrument data will be saved with a CSV extension to the CSV folder on the USB flash drive.

D. Constant Voltage (CV)/Constant Current (CC) Priority Selection Mode - Protects DUTs
Conventional power supplies are usually in CV mode when the output is turned on, which can instantly introduce a large inrush current to capacitive loads.
Constant Voltage Priority Mode for obtaining a faster rate of voltage creep when the output is turned on in order to target test scenarios that require high voltage speeds.
Constant Current Priority Mode means that at the moment the output is turned on, it operates preferentially in CC mode and can.
1. Avoids sudden spikes in current and protects the device from damage by inrush current.
2. Output current without overshoot, used to test the constant current operating characteristics of the object to be tested
