Micsig flexible current probe (Roche coil) RCP series has a bandwidth of up to 30MHz, the maximum measurable current up to 12000Apk, the probe's withstand voltage value of up to 1kVrms, the insertion impedance is almost zero, the most significant reduction in the interference of the object under test.
The ultra-small 1.6mm coil cross-section diameter allows for easy passage through the pins of TO-220 semiconductor devices. Typical accuracy is up to 2% for precise measurement of high frequency high current signals. Ideal for third-generation semiconductor double-pulse dynamic testing, monitoring semiconductor switching current waveforms, and more.
Measurement of MOSFET Id Current
With excellent high-frequency characteristics, the RCP series can easily cope with high-speed signals and fast-changing current waveforms, helping you to observe high-frequency harmonic components when measuring the Id current of MOSFETs (oscillating portion of the waveform in the figure).
The excellent response time of RCP series can quickly capture, measure and feedback the real-time current condition of MOSFETs, so that you can get twice the result with half the effort in design and debugging process.
Extremely small coil cross-section diameter
With a cross-section diameter of only 1.6mm, the coil can easily pass through semiconductor devices with narrow chip pin spacing (e.g. TO-220, TO-47).
