SDG8000A series function/arbitrary waveform generator, up to 4 analog output channels, with 16-bit vertical resolution, up to 12 GSa/s (interpolated) sample rate, output frequency up to 5 GHz, maximum modulation bandwidth up to 2 GHz. 4G sample point storage space per channel, without sacrificing the signal bandwidth, to provide longer playback time. Together with SigIQPro, it can also provide Bluetooth, WIFI, LTE and other communication signal waveform output. The SDG8000A series supports 2/4-channel configurations with 16-bit vertical resolution to provide higher signal fidelity. With a maximum output frequency of 5 GHz and a maximum sampling rate of 12 GSa/s, the SDG8000A series ensures accurate generation of broadband signals. In addition, the instrument utilizes TrueArb technology to achieve point-by-point output, which ensures the integrity of waveform details in the range of 100 Sa/s ~ 5 GSa/s and significantly reduces phase jitter.

Powerful Arbitrary Waveform Generation for Flexible Adaptation of Complex Tests

With a maximum storage depth of 4G sample points per channel, the SDG8000A series can support waveform playback up to 800 ms even at the highest sampling rate. At the same time, the series provides powerful multi-level waveform sequence playback functions, including: Segment, Sequence, Scenario. 196 kinds of arbitrary waveforms are built-in the instrument, covering math, engineering, medical electronics, modulation and other fields, and the user can directly call or customize editing of the waveform file according to the needs, so as to quickly adapt to a variety of test tasks.

Modulation and vector signal generation capabilities for a wide range of industries

SDG8000A supports analog and digital modulation functions such as AM, DSB-AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, PWM and so on. Its vector signal output has a modulation bandwidth of up to 2 GHz, which can be extended to 4 GHz when the baseband signal is output and an external modulator is used, meeting the high standard requirements of wireless communication and RF testing. With SigIQPro software, it can also be expanded to 2ASK, 4ASK, 8ASK, BPSK, QPSK, 8PSK, DBPSK, DQPSK, D8PSK, 8QAM, 16QAM, 32QAM, 64QAM, 128QAM, 256QAM, 2FSK, 4FSK, 8FSK, 16FSK, MSK, MultiTone and other modulations.
