Innovative EasyPulse technology
When the DDS method outputs a square wave/pulse, if the sampling rate is not an integer multiple of the output frequency, it will generate jitter for one sampling period. EasyPulse technology overcomes this shortcoming by producing low jitter square wave and pulse signals with the following advantages:
- Pulse frequency up to 120 MHz
- Rise and fall times are individually programmable up to 2 ns
- Finely adjustable pulse width down to 3.2 ns
- Duty cycle as low as 0.001%
- low jitter

TrueArb Waveform Technology
The innovative TrueArb technology is used to overcome the jitter and distortion produced by DDS technology. Because TrueArb utilizes point-by-point output technology, no waveform information is missed. It also specifies the following advantages:
- 8 Mpts waveform length for finer waveform details
- 16 bit vertical resolution for higher signal fidelity
- Together with the standard EasyWave PC software, it is possible to generate and output the signals required by the customer.


Complex signal generation capability
SDG6000X-E has powerful waveform generation capability. It can accomplish various signal modulation, waveform scanning, burst output and signal synthesis. It supports internal, external and manual trigger sources.
- Supports AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, DSB-AM and PWM signal modulation.
- Supports both linear and logarithmic sweeps
- Supports "N-cycle" and "gated" bursts.
- Supports combined output of two-channel waveforms. Noise, modulation, sweep, Burst, and arbitrary waveforms can be superimposed.
- Harmonic function can simulate the synthesis process of a signal
