Chroma 8491 LED power supply automatic test system can support simultaneous testing of multiple objects to be tested at a time, significantly increasing production line capacity, but also a variety of hardware options, including input AC power supply or DC power supply, accurate digital power meter, PCI interface cards, sensor units, sensor modules, and the industry's first specially designed for the LED power supply output pulling the load of the dedicated electronic load.

The system is paired with a PCI interface function card - LED power measurement and control card, whose main functions are to measure dimming current/frequency/cycle duty cycle and to provide dimming control signals (DC voltage, pulse width modulation, SM BUS) and energizing switch signals. In addition, the timing/noise measurement card can also be utilized for ripple current measurement at 20MHz bandwidth.

Chroma 8491 automated test system is equipped with standard test items optimized for the characteristics of the object to be tested (LED power supply for lighting). Users only need to define the test conditions and test specifications on the standard test items to test.

Chroma 8491 automatic test system software runs on Windows 7/10 or above, providing test engineers with a dedicated power supply test system in an easy-to-learn Windows environment and easy to use Windows resources.
