The AFG-3000 Series is a powerful arbitrary waveform function generator designed for industrial applications as well as educational and scientific research. The series offers 80MHz and 50MHz bandwidths with built-in standard signals such as Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp, Pulse, Noise, and application signals such as AM, FM, FSK, PWM, Sweep, Burst, and more to satisfy a wide range of waveform requirements.
The AFG-3000 Series provides 16-bit high resolution, 200MSa/s sampling rate, and 1M memory depth for arbitrary waveform editing, and can be used to edit desired waveforms directly through the intuitive panel operation, and the built-in 1M memory allows users to access/output waveform segments, which not only saves memory space, but also allows users to store more waveforms. The DWR function reads waveforms directly from the GDS-2000 series oscilloscopes into the AFG-3000, eliminating the need for a PC connection and allowing users to easily describe the waveforms during debugging or testing to avoid the use of incorrect test conditions.
In addition, the AFG-3000 Series has built-in 50 Ohm / Hi-Z Impedance Switch, Online Help Function, and Output On/Off Switch to make operation more convenient. The 4.3-inch high-resolution TFT LCD not only allows the user to see the information more clearly, but also displays all the information that the user has set up, so that the user can be clearer about the current setting status. The USB Host on the front panel, in addition to the DWR function, can also be directly stored on a USB flash drive for access, while the built-in USB Device, RS-232, and GPIB standard interfaces on the back panel, in addition to being able to execute any waveform software on the PC, also supports the link library syntax to allow the user to perform customized function control.
