Product Overview: 742A Standard Resistor
Provides temperature characterization corrections
Fluke's 742A Resistance Standard is a working standard for use in precision resistor calibration. A calibration correction data sheet is provided with the standard resistor, and the corrections in the table are given at 0.5°C temperature intervals, using which the uncertainty can be reduced.
Used in air, no need to use an oil bath
The 742A can be used in air without the use of a troublesome oil bath. Its temperature stability allows it to operate within a temperature range of 18°C to 28°C.
Compact and robust
The 742A is compact, rugged and easy to use. Resistance changes due to temperature and mechanical vibration are greatly minimized.
The 742 standard resistors include 12 resistance values from 1Ω to 19MΩ.
