Feedback, full four-quadrant grid simulator
IT7900 series represents a new generation of programmable, full four-quadrant grid simulator, with 100% rated current source and sink capabilities, and provide energy return function. To be tested in the test of the energy generated by the IT7900 equipment can be completely recovered by the plant after direct utilization, rather than in the form of thermal energy consumption, to provide users with "green energy-saving" solutions. It is suitable for testing grid-connected products that inject energy into the grid, such as grid-connected/off-grid photovoltaic inverters for frequency changes, voltage transients and DC injection.

Full four-quadrant power amplifier
The IT7900 series of feed-back grid simulators can also be used as power amplifiers to complete power hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL) simulation tests in the fields of microgrids, energy storage and new energy vehicles. Digital or modeled analog signals are input through an external analog interface (optional) and can be converted to real power waveforms with distortion-free amplification and an external analog response time of less than 100us.

Specialized islanding test mode to meet anti-islanding effect test
Anti-islanding protection is one of the essential test items for grid-connected inverters, and the IT7900 series has a built-in anti-islanding protection test function, which allows testers to set the active power of resistor R, the reactive power of inductor Q and capacitor C, or set the resistor R, inductor Q, and capacitor C to simulate the inter-network resonance, and to test the anti-islanding protection function of the grid-connected inverters. The IT7900 islanding test mode can simplify the test process, improve the test efficiency, and complete the testing of the anti-islanding protection function in the R&D test and factory inspection of grid-connected inverters.

Master-slave parallel connection with power range up to 960 kVA
When users have higher power requirements, they can use the master-slave parallel function of the IT7900 series to increase the output current and power capacity.The IT7900 series can be paralleled up to 960kVA, and can be easily paralleled without dismantling or installing cabinets.The IT7900 series has the master-slave paralleling function of equalizing the currents, and has its own synchronous ON/OFF input and output signals, which ensures the synchronicity of the parallel operation. After the parallel not only retain all the functions, and there will not be any loss of accuracy. It makes the construction of power supply system faster, more flexible and more economical, whether it is a stand-alone test or system construction, it can be easily satisfied.

Touch screen design with built-in oscilloscope function
The IT7900 series is equipped with a new touch screen design, a simple and intuitive UI interface, and a keyboard knob design that allows users to perform operations such as mode setting and waveform editing directly and quickly. The built-in digital oscilloscope function acquires time domain signals of voltage and current, phase relationship and performs waveform triggering and other functions. The oscilloscope sampling rate is up to 10us, and up to 6 oscillographic curves can be displayed at the same time, allowing users to perform instantaneous analysis without an oscilloscope and save it in time.

Built-in rich waveform library
In addition to the basic sine wave, the IT7900 series offers a variety of built-in AC waveforms such as triangle, sawtooth, square, trapezoidal, and clipped waveforms. The user can recall and display the selected waveforms on the LCD screen through the menu. Combined with the device's sequence programming function, the continuous output of different waveforms can be combined to cope with complex power electronic perturbation tests.
