Battery module welding quality automated testing system program, for the battery pack battery module production process of assembly welding and single cell consistency inspection. The system is used for automated welding quality testing of battery modules, including battery modules for electric vehicles and energy storage systems.

• Detecting battery module open circuit voltage and DC resistance
• Detecting the consistent distribution of single-cell voltage/single-cell DC resistance/single-cell temperature of a battery module

• Charge/discharge voltage/current range: 0V~100V / 0A~2600A
