This product does not come standard with measurement probes and test fixtures. Please select and purchase the appropriate measurement probes and test fixtures for your application separately. All probes come with a 1.5D-2V coaxial cable.RS-232C interface connection: Cross-over cables are available for cross-over connections. You can use the RS-232C cable 9637 without a hardware controller.
