■ TH2836 is a new generation of impedance test instrument developed successfully by adopting the current international advanced auto-balancing bridge principle, with the basic accuracy of 0.05%, the fastest test speed of 5.6ms, and the frequency range of 4Hz-8.5MHz. The four-end pair port configuration can effectively eliminate the influence of electromagnetic coupling of the test line, and the lower limit of low impedance testing capability has been expanded ten times downward than the conventional five-end configuration instrument.
The TH2836 supports high power test conditions with 2V AC test signals and 10V DC bias, and the enhanced multi-parameter list scanning/multi-parameter graphical analysis capability will help users to expand their ability to fully evaluate components.
