Brief description:
ZCFA50 series full-function airtightness tester is a new high-performance airtightness tester launched by the company. Inheriting many strong functions of the original product on the basis of the new sealing test, burst test and other functions, while from the structural design, software design to the algorithm are exceptionally good performance, is a cost-effective products. This airtightness tester can be used in waterproof testing, electronic products, medical equipment, food packaging, automotive parts, new energy, military parts and other industries.
- 1. Test pressure: display the test pressure of the inspected product
- 2. Test results: display the leakage data of the inspected products
- 3. Precision Pressure Reducing Valve: Adjust the test pressure, clockwise increase (negative pressure instrument pressure reducing valve installed in the rear panel)
- 4. Test results determination: NG for the failure indicator, OK for qualified, PNG for the test pressure overruns
- 5. Keyboard
- 1. Power switch: open or close the instrument power supply
- 2.RS485 data interface: used for real-time data transmission, from top to bottom for A, B, GND
- 3. Network jacks: for data transmission
- 4. Input and output terminals: instrument start and stop control

- 6.RS232 data interface: data transmission, pin 2-RXD, 3-TXD, 5-GND
- 7.T: test interface, connecting to the product under test, R: standard pressure comparison end.
- 8.Gas source: 0.5 ~ 0.8MPa stable clean gas source, through the filter into the instrument internal
- 9. Cavity interface: when fully sealed inspection, according to the size of the inner cavity of the inspected parts to choose the cavity.
