ZC2883 Pulse Coil Tester

Coil products (such as transformers, motors, etc.) due to the winding materials, magnetic materials, skeleton, processing technology and other factors will produce a coil between layers, turns and pin insulation performance degradation. ZC2883/ZC2882 series pulse coil tester is a new generation of coil insulation testers developed with high-speed sampling technology, which can provide testing solutions for most coil products. ZC2883 stores the sampled waveforms of standard coils in the instrument, compares the measured waveforms with the standard waveforms during testing, and determines the merits of the coil under test according to the four set waveform discrimination methods (area, area difference, phase difference, corona, etc.).
