The Keysight B2912B Precision Source Meter Module (SMU) is a 2-channel benchtop SMU that is compact, cost-effective, and capable of simultaneously outputting and measuring voltage and current. It easily measures current and voltage (I/V) with high accuracy. The 4-quadrant output and measurement functions make it easy to perform I/V measurements without having to configure multiple instruments.
