GOM804/805 is a new generation of DC micro ohmmeter, which uses 3.5" TFT display, maximum 50,000 counts measurement display, fast sampling rate of 60 strokes per second, measurement accuracy of 0.05%, 4-wire measurement, temperature and temperature compensation measurement, 20 sets of panel setting memory; GOM-805 is also equipped with various drive modes and dry circuits to meet the needs of low voltage or low power resistance measurement applications. In addition, the GOM-805 provides dry circuit and various drive modes (DC+/DC-, pulse, and pulse width modulation) for measurement of different types of materials. When conductors of different materials come into contact with each other, the potential difference due to temperature changes can be minimized by using the pulse current output mode, which reduces the effect of the thermo-electric potential during low-resistance measurements. The DC+/DC- current output mode is suitable for measurement of inductive components. The pulse width modulation output mode is suitable for materials that are sensitive to temperature changes, and can avoid resistance changes caused by prolonged measurement current loading. When using DC +, DC - and pulse drive mode, can also be used with dry circuit (Dry circuit) for measurement; dry circuit can be limited to a maximum of 20mV of open circuit voltage, in order to avoid the components of the voltage is too high, damage to the surface of the contact point of the oxidation layer or thin film, and thus undermine the validity of measurement, such as connector contact resistance measurement, is a typical application.
