IT-M3900C series has 32 models, the output voltage from 10V~1500V, single output current up to 1020A. adopts wide range output design, compared with the traditional fixed range output DC power supply, provides users with more voltage and current combinations, so that the use of more flexible. A single power supply can cover a wide range of user application requirements, significantly reducing the complexity of the power supply system setup and occupied space.
Efficient energy return
The IT-M3900C has an energy recovery function that returns power to the grid without pollution, returning nearly 95%.All the return processes are automatic and safe.The IT-M3900C is equipped with an automatic grid detection system, which detects the phase voltage and frequency in real time for grid synchronization. It not only saves the cost of electricity, HVAC and refrigeration facilities and reduces noise, but also helps to reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment.
Seamless switching of bi-directional currents
The IT-M3900C series combines bi-directional power supply and feed-back load functional features in one unit, which can realize the function of source to provide power; and also has sink capability to pull load current. It realizes high-speed source and load current mode switching, which leads to fast and continuous seamless switching between output and absorption currents, effectively avoiding voltage or current overshoot. Compared with the traditional power supply and load test solution, it not only saves the purchase cost, but also saves space and greatly simplifies the connection operation of the machine.
Application: Microgrid Testing
Microgrids can be viewed as small power systems, as well as a typical distributed generation function system, so both the equipment manufacturers involved and specialized grid research laboratories need to go ahead and establish simulation testing requirements.
- IT-M3900C PV/SAS as a PV simulation source can accurately simulate the I-V curve of the solar cell matrix, simulate solar panels to supply power to inverters, and be used to test PV inverters.
- As a battery simulator, the IT-M3900C not only simulates the battery power supply to the inverter, but also meets the testing needs of PCS, various types of energy storage devices and OBC/BOBC.
- IT-M3900C also has built-in standard automotive power grid voltage curves, including LV123/LV148 and other new energy vehicle regulation tests, which can be applied to many automotive electrical characteristics tests without the need for users to purchase additional software.
Battery simulation function
Due to its unique bi-directional design and variable output impedance, IT-M3900C series can quickly define the battery model by setting the voltage, capacity, internal resistance and SOC of the battery through the panel to simulate the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery and assist in various other tests. At the same time, users can also select ITECH's professional BSS2000 battery simulation software, which can set the common parameters of the battery pack to quickly establish the battery characteristic curve, and can also set the initial capacity of the battery, so as to verify the characteristics of the product in different states of the battery. At the same time, B S S 2 0 0 0 supports users to import the matlab battery model or the actual battery charge/discharge curves through the csv file, which is more realistic.
Solar Array Simulation
The IT-M3900CPV and IT-M3900CSAS are PV simulation sources with built-in MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) mechanism, providing solar PV curve simulation function for PV array/module/cell MPPT testing. the PV model comes standard with multi-channel solar cell matrix simulation software, and the SAS model can be equipped with optional SAS1000 solar cell matrix simulation software for accurate simulation of solar cell matrix I-V curves. PV models come standard with multi-channel solar cell matrix simulation software, and SAS models can be equipped with SAS1000 solar cell matrix simulation software, which is used to accurately simulate the I-V curve of the solar cell matrix, with built-in SAS models of EN50530, Sandia, NB/T32004, CGC/GF004, CGC/GF035, and the output of the I-V curve can be simulated and generated as a report after the user simply sets up the parameters, and it can be used to test the static and dynamic maximum power tracking efficiency of the photovoltaic inverters. According to the relevant industry standards, IT-M3900C not only built-in DIN40839, ISO-16750-2, SAEJ1113-11, LV124 and ISO21848 standard automotive power grid voltage curve, but also to cope with the test of new energy vehicles, built-in LV123, LV148 and other standards. Users can directly retrieve from the panel to test the performance of related automotive electronic products, without the need for users to program or purchase additional test software, compared with other competing products, saving energy and money.
