The RSA3000 has a built-in EMI pre-testing application, which, in combination with CISPR-compliant filters, pre-tests products for conducted and radiated emissions to identify and improve sources of conducted/radiated nuisance and accelerate time-to-market.
Signal triggering and monitoring via FMT templates
FMT Frequency Template Trigger is a unique trigger mode for real-time spectrum analyzers. You can quickly build templates and accurately locate and trigger signals that match the template rules to detect occasional anomalies in the monitoring range.

Resolving signals of similar frequency is critical to verifying many RF devices and systems. With the RSA3000, scanning a bandwidth of just 1 Hz of RBW resolution bandwidth allows you to view adjacent signals in greater detail.

Testing of weak signals is easily affected by the noise floor of the spectrometer itself, and the RSA3000 series displays an average noise level as low as -161dBm, which effectively ensures the ability to test weak signals.
