High-speed sampling, accurate acquisition
The SDG1000X Plus features 16-bit vertical resolution to ensure accurate capture of signal details. It also features excellent sampling performance, with a sampling rate of up to 1 GSa/s, which is several times higher than that of similar products. Sampling rate is the number of sample points sampled by the DAC in a given time interval. The higher the sampling rate, the richer the signal details and the better the waveform quality can be captured at the same frequency.

In the test of high-speed serial channel, SDG1000X Plus is not inferior, providing various code types of output from PRBS3 to PRBS32, and the rate of 10-6 The output range is adjustable from bps to 40 Mbps and from 10 ns to 1 us, which can meet the needs of most signals. Dual Pulse Generator for Easy Power Device Testing
Built-in multi-pulse output function can realize the measurement of switching parameters and dynamic characteristics of power devices without the need of upper computer software. The minimum rising/falling edge of the pulse is 10ns, and the parameter of each pulse can be set individually, which is convenient for controlling the turn-on/turn-off time.
