Low-voltage single-ended probes are typically used to measure high-speed signals below 12 V with a ground reference. These low-voltage probes are the best choice for measurements on high-impedance, high-frequency circuit elements where the effects of probe loading need to be minimized. Users should select a probe with a low input capacitance specification (~1 pF) to minimize the effects of probe loading on the circuit. Probes with lower input capacitance provide higher input impedance at higher frequencies.

Tektronix low-voltage single-ended probe solutions are offered:

  • Very high input impedance, very low input capacitance (<1 pF)
