Product Features and Benefits

½ U Mini volume
The IT-M3200 has a ½U mini size and provides 360W power output, which not only has high power density, but also has high resolution, high accuracy and multi-range measurement. With the Auto range design, one machine can cover a wide range of applications.
Multi-position current range
IT-M3200 provides multi-position (Low/Middle/High/Auto) current range switching with a resolution of up to 10nA, which meets the user's needs for current measurement from Ampere level to microampere level. Especially, the Auto position allows the user to realize flexible switching between high and low current measurement without manual control. This feature is suitable for 5G, wearable devices and other low-power areas.

Foldback protection function
IT-M3200 has a Foldback protection function, which is used to shut down the output when the power supply CV/CC is switched to protect certain objects to be measured that are sensitive to voltage overshoot and current overshoot. Users can specify the operating mode and set the protection delay time, if the current operating mode switching occurs, the delay time is exhausted that triggers the protection, shutting down the output.
CC&CV Prioritization Function
Allows you to set the output mode at ON by yourself to prevent overshoot when the power supply output is ON. By selecting CV priority mode, the power supply prioritizes high-speed voltage build-up and suppresses voltage overshoot. By selecting CC priority mode, the power supply prioritizes high-speed current build-up while suppressing current overshoot.

Soft start/stop function (output priority mode)
IT-M3200 can also set the speed V-Rise Time ,V-Fall Time; I-Rise Time ,I-Fall Time while setting the output CV,CC priority mode; in order to prevent the voltage from sudden rise/fall at the moment of loading or unloading, triggering the DUT's mis-protection action.

LIST Function
IT-M3200 can modify and edit the output waveform of voltage and current over time according to the customer's testing requirements without the aid of software, and the voltage climb/decline slope can be controlled. When receiving the trigger signal, the power supply will automatically change the output according to the pre-edited waveform.

Link function
The Link function is mainly designed for cascade control of multiple devices, especially suitable for simultaneous testing of multiple objects to be tested, or the objects to be tested are multiple power supply inputs.The Link function of the IT-M3200 supports three modes: Duplicate/ON-OFF/Track, the user only needs to set up the parameters in one of the power supply, and then it can be automatically duplicated or synchronized to the other M3200 devices in the cascade loop. The user only needs to set parameters in one of the power supplies, and then the set parameters can be automatically copied or proportionally synchronized to other M3200 devices in the cascade circuit.
When the IT-M3200's LINK-ON/OFF function is used in conjunction with the ON/OFF delay function in the menu, both synchronized power-up and timing power-up solutions are possible.
