LIST mode simulation of various power supply disturbance waveforms

IT-M3140 series provides LIST programming mode, under which users can generate arbitrary DC voltage disturbance waveforms by setting parameters such as the number of steps (max100 steps), output voltage/current of each step, duration of a single step (0.001s-3600s), and slope of rise and fall. For example, the voltage drops instantaneously or the voltage rises slowly, in order to comprehensively verify the anti-jamming performance of DC power loads, which is applicable to the testing of DC-DC power modules, motor drives and battery-powered household appliances and other products.

CC/CV priority function to effectively suppress current overshoot

The IT-M3140 series is equipped with the CC/CV priority function, which helps users to solve various severe problems in long-term testing applications. By changing the CC/CV priority and loop speed settings, users can obtain the voltage high-speed mode or current no overshoot mode, making the test more flexible, since it is suitable for current-sensitive laser testing, but also to meet the rapid voltage drop application scenarios.

Nine protection modes to enhance test security

In order to further enhance the reliability and safety of product testing, IT-M3140 series provides 9 protection modes. On the basis of traditional over/under voltage, over/under current and over power protection, Fold back, Inhibit and Sense reverse connection protection are added, which not only can effectively reduce the overshoot of power mode switching instantly, but also can avoid the test abnormality caused by sense misconnection or omission, and with the Inhibit output prohibit/interlocking function, it can make the test more safe and reliable.
