Voltage and resistance thresholds
With the Fluke Battery Analyzer, you can quickly and easily define upper and lower thresholds or tolerance ranges for your measurements. During a test, measurements are automatically compared to predefined thresholds, and Pass, Fail, or Warning indications are generated after each measurement. Up to 10 sets of thresholds can be stored, and the determination of the threshold indication depends on the following conditions:

Fluke Battery Management Software
Fluke Battery Manager is easy to use and lets you quickly and easily import data from your battery analyzer to your PC.Measurement data and battery profile information is stored and archived through the manager and can be used to compare results, switch results between conductivity and resistance readings, and perform trend analysis. Reports can be easily generated using all measurement data, cell profile and analysis information.

Fluke Battery Analysis Mobile App App
The BT521 also transmits measurement data through the dedicated Fluke Battery Analysis Mobile App, which provides wireless communication for data download and remote display, (note: the Fluke BT521 is not currently compatible with Fluke Connect). With the Fluke Battery Analysis Mobile App, you can:

Fluke BT510 Key Features:
- Battery Voltage - The Fluke Battery Analyzer also measures the voltage of the battery under test during the internal resistance test.
- discharge voltage - During a discharge or load test, the discharge mode collects the voltage of each cell several times at user-defined intervals. The user can calculate the time it takes for the battery voltage to drop to the termination voltage and use this time to calculate the capacity loss of the battery
- Ripple Voltage Test - Measures the residual AC content of unwanted rectified voltages in DC charging circuits and inverter circuits. Enables users to test the AC content in DC circuits and identify the root cause of deteriorating battery performance
- Digital multimeter mode and serial measurement mode - Digital multimeter mode is used for quick testing or troubleshooting. In this mode, you can save and take readings in the order or time sequence in which batteries are tested. Sequential Measurement Mode is used for maintenance tasks on multiple electrical systems and battery packs. Before a task is started, the user can configure a profile for the task to manage data and generate reports.
- Thresholds and Warnings - Users can configure up to 10 sets of thresholds and receive pass/warning/fail alerts after each measurement is completed
- Intercell tab resistance testing and data management - Measure the resistance of the connecting tabs between a group of cells.
- automatic maintenance - When Auto Save is turned on, if a measurement reading remains stable for 1 second, the reading is captured. The reading is then reset when a new measurement is started.
- Automatic measurement saving - When Auto Measurement Save is turned on, capturing an Auto Measurement Hold reading automatically saves that measurement reading to internal memory.
