The OP6000A series are fiber-optic isolated voltage probes with ultra-high common mode rejection ratio. The common-mode rejection ratio of conventional differential probes falls off very quickly in the high frequency band, making it extremely difficult to accurately measure the waveforms of small voltage signals with high common-mode interference voltages (such as the drive voltage of the upper tube of a half-bridge circuit). The OP6000A utilizes a high performance fiber optic signal transmission system, which provides a very high common mode rejection ratio over the entire operating bandwidth.
