AFG-2100/2000 Series Arbitrary Waveform Signal Generator is a DDS technology based, covering sine, square, triangle, noise waveforms and arbitrary waveforms with a sampling rate of 20MSa/s. The resolution of 0.1Hz and the adjustable duty cycle function of square wave (pulse wave) of 1%~99% greatly extends its application range.
The AFG-2100/2000 series consists of six models with three frequency bands of 5MHz/12MHz/25MHz. In addition, the AFG-2100 series provides AM/FM/FSK modulation, scanning, and frequency counter functions. The parameter setting adopts a fully digital operation design, and the 3.5'' tri-color LCD display can clearly show the contents of the set parameters. All series are equipped with USB Device interface, users can not only remote control, but also import waveform data from PC.

Built-in arbitrary wave function
The AFG-2100/2000 series provides an arbitrary waveform editing function with 20MSa/s sampling rate, 10-bit vertical resolution, and 4k-point recording length. Users can perform arbitrary waveform editing through panel settings or using proprietary waveform editing software.

Amplitude and DC bias display function
In addition to setting parameters, the AFG-2100/2000 displays voltage magnitude and DC bias readings on the LCD screen. Three amplitude units, Vpp, Vrms and dBm, are available for user selection and substitution.

Wide square wave adjustable duty cycle
The square wave duty cycle provided by the AFG-2100/2000 series can be set from 1% to 99%. using this function, the pulse waveform can be simulated as a burst or transient signal.

AM/FM/FSK, Sweep, Counter functions (AFG-2100 series only)
The AFG-2100 series has built-in AM/FM/FSK modulation, waveform scanning and frequency counter functions. 150MHz frequency counting saves the cost of purchasing additional counters.

Fully digitalized keypad design
The all-digital keypad design of the AFG-2100/2000 series improves the uncertainty of traditional signal generator settings and significantly increases the accuracy of the waveform output. 3.5'' LCD screen makes it easy for the user to observe the parameter changes during the adjustment process.

Proprietary Arbitrary Wave Editing Software
AFG-2100/2000 provides a set of free arbitrary waveform editing software. After completing the desired waveform editing on a PC, the data can be loaded into the AFG-2100/2000 for output simply through the USB port.
