The TH300 series switching power supply automatic test system launched by Tonghui Electronics in early 2020 is a highly customized power supply test system developed and designed according to the actual application requirements of customers. This series provides different sizes of racks to adapt to the different hardware matching needs of customers. The optional stand-alone units include programmable AC/DC power supply, electronic load, oscilloscope, data collector (or multimeter), power meter, industrial controller, display and so on. This series of products according to the complexity of the system to provide high, medium and low with different customization options, in order to help customers realize the production line test requirements while taking into account the high cost-effective, for customers to significantly reduce the cost of equipment investment.

This series of products can provide eight-channel simultaneous test or four-channel group test function, and the number of channels can still be expanded, which greatly improves the efficiency of the production line. The software system with independent intellectual property rights provides strong functional support for the practicality of the product. The multi-level user rights management function ensures the reliability of the system and reduces the risk of misuse. A variety of test items are preset in the system for users to call flexibly, and a powerful test item editing function is opened to meet the actual test requirements of customers. Operators can call the test files prepared by engineers with one key, and its humanized design greatly reduces the operation threshold of the system to ensure the efficient output of your production line. The software system also has a real-time monitoring of the pass rate of each channel, the hourly output efficiency of the function, and the quality of production capacity analysis with intuitive charts and graphs in real time in front of the user's eyes, so that you have a clear picture of your production line. The system supports real-time data storage in the database, and excel tables or other ways to export data.
In addition, the TH300 series test system has a reserved IO interface, which can be connected to the automated production line without additional hardware. Moreover, it can be connected to the supporting fixtures to realize off-line or automated production line testing.
