The TH300 series switching power supply automatic test system launched by Tonghui Electronics in early 2020 is a highly customized power supply test system developed and designed according to the actual application requirements of customers. This series provides different sizes of racks to adapt to the different hardware matching needs of customers. The optional stand-alone units include programmable AC/DC power supply, electronic load, oscilloscope, data collector (or multimeter), power meter, industrial controller, display and so on. The software system also has a real-time monitoring of the pass rate of each channel, the hourly output efficiency of the function, and the quality of production capacity analysis with intuitive charts and graphs in real time in front of the user's eyes, so that you have a clear picture of your production line. The system supports real-time data storage in the database, and excel tables or other ways to export data.
In addition, the TH300 series test system has a reserved IO interface, which can be connected to the automated production line without additional hardware. Moreover, it can be connected to the supporting fixtures to realize off-line or automated production line testing.
