ZC2882 Pulse Coil Tester

Coil products (e.g. transformers, motors, etc.) suffer from the degradation of insulation between layers, turns and pins due to the influence of winding materials, magnetic materials, skeletons, processing techniques, etc. The ZC2883/ZC2882 series of Impulse Coil Testers are a new generation of insulation testers for coil products using high-speed sampling technology, and provide a test solution for most coil products. The ZC2882 adopts an instantaneous comparison method, in which the instrument alternately applies an impulse voltage with a specified peak value and wavefront time to the same design of DUT and standard parts, and determines the turn-to-turn insulation of the coil by comparing the difference between the two oscillating waveforms.
