IT-M3100 provides a complete test solution from the perspective of industry applications. In ½ 1U Mini size, it can not only output up to 1500W, but also has high performance and multiple functions, and can be flexibly combined and matched. Supporting the master-slave parallel mode, the whole series of models not only can be cleverly designed "leg" plug to realize multiple stacked installation, but also with the rack mounting kit to meet the user's needs. The launch of this series can help engineers more convenient and faster, accurate creation and realization of test technology progress.
IT-M3100 series consists of 23 models, providing 8 voltages, and can be combined and matched to realize a variety of output power. It has a flexible modular architecture, independent multi-channel design, support for synchronous operation, the user can be based on the test requirements of the object to be tested arbitrarily configure each channel, up to 16 * 16 channels to meet the needs of customization. It has a wide range of engineering value, suitable for research and development, design verification and automatic test systems and other applications.

Compact wide-range power supplies

The IT-M3100 series are small, high-performance, wide-range DC power supplies. The ½ 1U Mini size provides a maximum 1500W power output with high resolution, high accuracy and high reliability.The IT-M3100 series power supplies have 8 voltage levels (20V, 30V, 60V, 80V, 150V, 300V, 600V, 1000V) and 4 output powers (200W, 400W, 850W. 1500W) making up a lineup of 23 models, 1500W) make up the lineup of 23 models. Within the allowable power range, both low-voltage/high-current and high-voltage/small-current applications can be satisfied, realizing the need for multi-purpose applications.

 

CC&CV Prioritization Function

Allows you to set the output mode when the power supply is turned ON to prevent overshoot when the power supply is turned ON. By selecting CV priority mode, the power supply prioritizes high-speed voltage build-up and suppresses voltage overshoot. By selecting CC priority mode, the power supply prioritizes high-speed current build-up while suppressing current overshoot.

Synchronized operation (Link)

After IT-M3100 is composed of multi-channel power supply system, it can be configured with the synchronization function, and users can set three synchronization modes of On/Off, Track, and Duplicate according to their own testing needs. Not only between multiple power supplies, you can output On/Off synchronization, Save/Recall function synchronization, set the priority mode synchronization, voltage/current rising/falling set value synchronization and Protect menu function synchronization, but also set the voltage set value between multiple power supplies to change proportionally.

Multi-channel independent control up to 256 channels

IT-M3100 series has independent multi-channel design architecture, 16 sets of IT-M3100 to form a multi-channel power supply system, each instrument interface will display the channel number, one of the power supply communication interface can be connected to the PC software to control each power supply in the system independently, each channel can be operated completely independently. By connecting the communication interface of one of the power supplies to the PC, each power supply in the system can be controlled independently in the host computer software, and each channel can be operated completely independently. 16*16 channels of the IT-M3100 series can be used, and 64 channels can be used in a 37U cabinet, which can support the testing of a variety of objects to be tested at different power levels through the parallel connection function and make the user's use of the system more flexible and increase the utilization rate of the equipment significantly. The utilization rate of the equipment is greatly increased.

 

Modular architecture, any combination

IT-M3100 adopts a different appearance from ITECH's previous, with side ventilation design, flexible modular architecture can easily be IT-M3100 series for direct stacking, no need to buy any accessories, open to allow users to arbitrary combinations, just like building blocks stacking as easy and convenient.

 

Battery charging function

The IT-M3100 series has a battery charging function for battery charging test. The user can set the four test shutdown conditions of the battery by himself through the panel: shutdown voltage, shutdown current, shutdown capacity and charging time. When any one of the four conditions is met, the test will be automatically interrupted. Battery voltage, charging time and charged capacity can be observed during the test. At the same time, the IT9000 upper computer software is configured with a watchdog function, providing users with a reliable automated test program.

ON/OFF delay function

This function is used for multi-machine output timing control, such as triggering the output with the same signal and setting different On Delay/Off Delay to realize millisecond timing control output.

Bleeder Features

Setting the drain circuit function to ON enables rapid voltage drop after the power supply OUTPUT is turned OFF. Setting the drain circuit function to OFF prevents over-discharge. The diode for preventing reverse current, which is necessary for battery charging test, can be omitted.

External analog control function

The IT-M3100 series is equipped with external analog functions, through which it can remotely control voltage and current values; remotely monitor voltage and current values and CC and CV status; remotely monitor instrument On/Off status, load status and fault status; clear instrument faults; and support arbitrary waveforms within the signal bandwidth (analog signal bandwidth is less than 100Hz).

Comprehensive protection features

The IT-M3100 features overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), overpower protection (OPP), undervoltage protection (UVP), undercurrent protection (UCP), and overtemperature protection (OTP), which disables the output to protect the device under test and the power supply from damage.

Foldback protection function

IT-M3100 has a Foldback protection function, which is used to shut down the output when the power supply CV/CC is switched to protect certain objects to be measured that are sensitive to voltage overshoot and current overshoot. Users can specify the operating mode and set the protection delay time, if the current operating mode switching occurs, the delay time is exhausted that triggers the protection, shutting down the output.
