SNA6000A vector network analyzer adopts a new internal architecture with more powerful data processing capability and faster response speed, which can easily realize 4-port S-parameter measurements, differential (balanced) measurements, time-domain measurements, bandwidth, Q-value and other one-key measurements. And its dynamic range is up to135dBIt has extremely low phase noise, which helps engineers to obtain accurate and reliable test results even in demanding test scenarios.

Switch Matrix - Easily Realize Multi-Port Device Testing Needs
Switching matrix can make the connection of multi-port device testing easy, and it is also an important part of the automatic test system, playing the role of controlling the signal flow. DYNAM's SSM5000A series RF switching matrix, with a frequency range of 9kHz~26.5GHz, is compatible with all of DYNAM's vector network products, and a single unit can expand the output ports up to 24, which can be continued to be stacked. Compared with the traditional measurement method, the measurement speed is greatly improved by using RF switch matrix, which can help engineers easily realize the connection and test of vector network analyzer and multi-port DUT, and also greatly adapt to the production line use scenario.


Mixer Measurements

Enhanced Time Domain Analysis TDR
The SNA6000A supports an advanced time-domain analysis function (TDR) that accurately measures the characteristic impedance of a transmission line and helps locate the exact position of breaks or shorts. In addition, the SNA6000A's TDR function generates eye diagrams through internal simulation, enabling efficient waveform conformance testing without the need for an additional pattern generator. The eye diagram function can be used to visually analyze noise, jitter, and inter-code crosstalk in signal transmission, etc. The TDR function can be widely used in PCB impedance testing, material performance testing, and transmission line quality testing.
